It would be nice if instructions were included on how to use these, ie: where they went on the hookah. In the end, my cousin too one of the sanitary mouth piece covers and shoved one of the filters on the end so we were smoking straight on the filter. As far a quality, it provides a VERY SMOOTH smoking experience. Usually hookah hurts my lungs at the start of a session, but with these, it was very pleasant. My husband even liked them..even after he made a snide comment about "not needing no stinking filter".
