  I love this stem, it's SOLID. The stem head can be turned which is the only reason I didn't give this five stars. But it doesn't leak as a result. My Kafae has been great, no corrosion whatsoever, fantastic draw, really couldn't be happier with it. I did have to Dremel the bottom of the stem on the inside a bit but only because it wasn't smooth and it was tearing up my stem brush. It's fine now. Heba diffuser fits this just fine with a tiny bit of cutting. The smaller Heba fits it too, the bottom half of the diffuser will practically snap right on to the bottom of the stem--but it's not very effective. The large one, however, does the job perfectly.
