Ordering Info

Purchasing Info:

We offer a variety of methods to order our fine selection of products. The most commonly used method is ordering directly through our website. However if you do not feel comfortable doing so, you may choose one of the other following methods that fits your needs. We have done our best to make your shopping experience with us easy, convenient and most importantly, comfortable.

Online: Use our user friendly shopping cart to shop on our website. Our online credit card processing is done through Authorize.net, the leader in credit card payments over the internet. Payment with Authorize.net is safe, secure and supported by the latest technology in credit card incription. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Once you have completed your order, click the View Cart button to proceed with the checkout process. Follow instructions from that point on.

Phone: Call our toll free number at 1.866.4.HOOKAH to speak to one of our friendly sales representatives. Credit cards are accepted over the phone. You may also arrange for a COD order over the phone.

Mail: Download our Order Form and fill it out completely with your information and the products you wish to order. Mail it to us with a money order, cashier's check or a personal check for the total amount and we will process your order as soon as we receive the payment. Personal checks are subject to clearing before shipment is made.

Fax: Download our Order Form and fill it out completely with your information and the products you wish to order. Fax the order form to 1.818.247.4753. Make sure to include your credit card information in the provided space on the order form.

Email: Simply email us with the products you would like to purchase (don't forget to mention size and color) and your preferred method of payment, and we will give you further instructions on completing the buying process.

COD's: You may email us with the products you would like to purchase. We will then email you back with an itemized invoice of your order and give you an estimated shipping date. You may also download our Order Form and send it in once it is completely filled out (make sure to check the COD box on the bottom of the form). There will be an additional charge of $7.00 for COD orders.

Shipping Info:

We have done our best to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible. We do not overcharge you for shipping as many other businesses do. All Orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days of payment. Please take into consideration the transit time from our warehouse to you.

U.S Orders
Shipping rates are automatically calculated through UPS upon checkout and vary depending on method requested and geographical location. Transit times will also vary depending on method requested and geographical location and will take anywhere between 1-6 business days.

"UPS Ground" transit times

Non U.S. Orders
International orders will be shipped with the United States Post Office and may take longer to leave our warehouse since our United States Post Office shipments are not picked up on a daily basis. Tracking is not available on International shipments. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse the package may take 4-10 days to reach your country.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is placed you may login to your account here and click on order history to view all of your orders. Your order will indicate either of the following status.

Queued: Order has been placed and is awaiting processing.

Processed: Credit card has been charged and order is ready to ship

Complete: Order has been shipped and tracking information is available. You may click on order details and the "Track it" link to track your order. At times you will find more than one "Track it" links which means that your order consists of multiple packages.

Partially Shipped: Part of the order has been shipped. This is usually the case if we are awaiting tracking information from our dropshipper and your order consists of multiple packages.

SmokeRings™:

It's quite simple. Buy anything from our store and receive one smoke point for every U.S. dollar spent. Once you have a minimum of 100 SmokeRings™ you may convert your SmokeRings™ to gift certificates which you may use yourself on our website or give to your friends or loved ones to use on our website. The SmokeRing™ to dollar ratio is 10/1 which means that you will get 10 dollars for every 100 SmokeRings™ converted. You do not have to convert all of your SmokeRings™ at one time.

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) for any reason* please follow these three simple steps to return your product(s) back to us:

  1. Send us an email stating the reason for your return and provide us with your order ID.
  2. Wait for one of our staff members to approve your return and email you our "Product Return Form".
  3. Fill out the form and ship your product(s) back to the address provided on the form.

All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original condition and complete in order to receive a full refund. Any missing pieces will be deducted from the total price of the product. Refunds will be made in the same form of the purchase (i.e. Credit Card, Money Order).

* Used merchandise will not be returned or exchanged.
* Shipping, handling or insurance charges will not be refunded.
