We have done our best to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible. All Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days of payment. Please take into consideration the transit time from our warehouse to you.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated through UPS upon checkout and vary depending on the method requested and geographical location . Transit times also vary depending on method requested and geographical location and will take anywhere between 1-6 business days (Excludes Saturday and Sunday). Orders outside of the United States

International orders will be shipped with the United States Post Office and may take longer to leave our warehouse since our United States Post Office shipments are not picked up on a daily basis. Tracking is not available on International shipments. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse the package may take 3-5 days to reach your country with Express Mail and 4-10 days with Parcel Post.

Information regarding customs
Orders being shipped outside of the US need to pass through your countries customs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee shipping times once the package reaches your country.

Information regarding duties
Although we do our best to guarantee a smooth and hassle-free shipment to your country, you are responsible for any charges imposed by your countries government if any. We have sent many packages to many countries including Canada, Germany, France, Norway, United Kingdom, Holland, Sweden, Australia, Denmark and many more without any customs or duties problems whatsoever.

Restocking Fee
As of August 24, 2007 we have enforced a new policy for orders outside of the United States. If a package is refused by the customer due to additional fees charged by your local government or for any other reason, a 25% restocking fee will apply on the total of the items ordered. Refunds will be applied back to the Credit Card used for the purchase once the package has been returned to our facility. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
