Ordered this hookah and initially it didn't come in my package. After I wrote an email complaint, the CEO of the company wrote me back personally within an hour apologizing and said he would do whatever it takes to get my hookah to me. When I got it, he sent the goodies in the picture as an apology (I bought the kilo of shisha myself but everything else was a free add-on). Amazing customer service. I will only go here for my hookah needs. It hits well and is the best cost among all sites and in person!!!

Customer review Good hookah great price, mine came without a hose adaptor though???? So I cannibalized one from another hookah. Also no hose grommet was eith it either....but still good after I fixed that
