The Karma 3.1 hookah stem measures at 25.5" from end to end. Karma Hookah Stems are made in Russia with quality and craftsmanship in mind. The hookah stems are made of dense wood and high grade anodized steel. The downs stem and inner tubes are a solid piece made of stainless steel. This is sold as a stem and tray piece only, base hose, bowls and fittings are sold separately.
