This hose adapter works on all MYA and similar Hookahs which are capable of accepting more hose ports. Simply replace the air release valve or the plug on your hookah with this hose adapter and multiply your hookahs capabilities. This adapter includes a built-in Auto-Seal option which allows you to smoke without others plugging their hoses with their fingers. Hose is not included so you will need to purchase a hose in addition to this adapter. This hose adapter only works on MYA hookahs.
